November’s Fourteen: End of November Project Update

Das Kitten Haus Sage and Azalea have been adopted. Azalea never leaves Adelaide’s side. Soon she will. This will hurt. This hurts already.

The Sunset Club Rain rot might have happened. Yay for new things to learn. Dagrenning’s front hooves were packed with snow. The time and gas budget must be revised to get me up there 3 times a week. This is hard. It might get harder. How can the work of it improve life?

Persephone’s Ball The store went up! I made sales! Squarespace payments decided to hold my funds for 17 (business days!). Sales through the store have been put on pause until Squarespace makes a deposit. It’s not in the plan to buy new ingredients and packaging until those sales are deposited. So we pivot. Yay. It’s not like I’m dizzy from pivoting. It’s not like I need a break from hard charging. It’s fine. I’m fine.

Freelance It really seems like he only way to make money as a freelancer these days is to work for AI. Like AI might be propping up the whole gig economy.

Haus High Colonic Might be forced to clean the house just to change the sense of everything being super hard. Looking at where I can lean into the friction without feeling defeated. Like when you organize the pantry and then you get a bunch of bulk items but then have no place to store them and the pantry is a wreck again. Or like when you clean the front porch and the foyer but then it's so tidy, it attracts clutter. The pantry shouldn’t make a person feel defeated, right?

Have you ever gone for a walk in nature and heard a squirrel chittering angrily away and you look around and you realize that it’s chittering at you?

The tidal wave of things to do around this house is making me chitter. So maybe it’s time to stop trying to find a freelance gig and start cleaning.

All for Adelaide Leland made us a fire in the washing machine drum that we saved to use as a fire pit. It was wonderful and perfect and why we’re calling this month a success.
